America's PCS aka Starr Wireless charged me for a phone but never sent it, and never responded to inquiries or calls. Rip-off! Internet

I ordered a phone from these con artists back in January. They debited my account for $149.99 and never sent the phone. I kept emailing/calling them and they kept lying saying it was on the way then after about 10 calls they acknowledged it was never sent out.

Per their website if your order is not shipped with 10 days you are entitled to a full refund which I repeatedly asked for. Well 4 months later no phone, no refund. I email them or call everyday and get no response. I have called requesting a supervisor but there is never one there and they promise a call back or retunr email which I amm still waiting for. I requested a physical address from them to file a small claims suit but they wouldn't even provider me with an address. Filed a complaint with the attorney general in their state and nothing done by them either. Do yourself a favor and avoid this scam at all costs!

Call the credit card company

Alot of times, your credit card company can dispute the charge and get you your money back. depending on your bank, they may or may not let you dispute the charge, but if this were to happen again and after calling them the first time and they say no, talk to your bank.. they can get you your money back 99% of the time. hope this helps!
