Complaint Review: America's Service Station

As a former Assistant Manager I left this company because they are a band of thieves.

I won't get into "Company Policies" but thier philosophy is basically "sell the sucker anything you can" and don't take no for an answer. It was typical of them to charge from 300 to 1,000 percent markup on a product, offer FANTASTIC guarantees on work, and then should there be a problem (which there constantly was) somehow weasel out of the commitment.

The employees were supposedly all ASI certified to work on vehicles, yet they would have inexperienced teenagers diagnosing problems that may or may not have existed. They claim to work on all makes and models of vehicles, yet most of the mechanics didn't know their a$$ from thier elbow. And the labor rate they charge is nearly $100/per hour, no matter what anyone says, this is not a 'typical' labor rate in any part of the country.
And if a customer was quoted an unusually high estimate for work and the customer declined it was thier philoshophy that "they're just not our customer".
SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY DO NOT GO TO THIS SERVICE STATION .
