America's Servicing Company, America's Servicing Company Failure to acknowledge timely payments: twice within two years! Des Moines Iowa
It has been three weeks since my on time payment to ASC cleared my bank (all my payments have been on time, my credit score is over 800). However, for the second time within 15 months, ASC is refusing to credit that payment. They call me daily and I am subjected to the rude manners of their call center employees.
This morning they called at 6:30 am. This after I provided them with proof of payment (something I should not have to do since the major function of a mortgage servicer is to keep records of payments).
Everyone: Please, if ASC is not crediting your on time payments, file complaints with the following:

Keep copies of all your correspondence with ASC. Send letters by certified mail with return receipt.
