Complaint Review: America's Servicing Company ASC

AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE LOAN transferred my loan to ASC and AMERIQUEST never sent any notice and ASC told me I AM IN DEFAULT !!

After few phone calls to ASC no one was able to gave me clear answer about ASC.

I called State of California Dept. of Corp. to find out about ASC or America's Servicing Company and ASC DO NOT HAVE LICENCE TO DO ANY
business in California.

Because of the way AMERIQUEST have handled my account, in 3or 4 months and transfered again to ASC with no notification I need to protect myself even I sent a payment last week but I"ll stop the payment till make sure ASC have licence and everyhting is legal.

Is there any conection between AMERIQUEST and America's Servicing Company or why there is that many lawsuit case against them.
