My home was sold right out from under me. ASC acted like they would help me modify my loan down to payments that I can afford. The representatives gave me different information.

I believe when you withhold information, it's the same as lying. I was given bogus fax numbers to send papers; they never got all of my papers at once, either all of the papers were not readable, or they didn't receive any papers at all. There was always an excuse why they couldn't modify my loan.

I've spoken to at least 20 different representatives. One didn't know if there was any such thing as loan modification. Another had a bad speech impediment- couldn't understand a word he said.

Everything has been done to me- I've been overcharged, lied to, stalled upon, given misguided information, and according to my house insurance, I did have an escrow to pay my house insurance. But ASC said there is no existing account- so I know I was robbed.

Somebody needs to expose these companies that prey on people who just want the american dream- to own a home with a mortgage company that is honest; and not have their loan sold over and over to untrustworthy mortgage companies.

ASC bought my loan from Fremont, but their parent company is Wells Fargo. That explains everything. Wells Fargo received 25 billion dollars from the government and they said they would concentrate on loan modification to help home owners in trouble. Well, they aren't doing it.

I lost my home- but I haven't lost the fight. I'll just have to keep talking until someone listens and these loan companies, banks, mortgage companies; etc need to be investigated. It would be nice if every person who was wronged by a mortgage company received a new home from them. That would make them think twice about what they're doing to people.

Not to mention- its hard to find another place to live without good credit. I guess ASC don't care if I live in a box. ASC is raising a new class of homeless people; and these people have children.

It almost sounds like a ponzi scheme; and the lawyers are a part of it. I just paid 500 dollars to a real estate attorney that took my money and made one phone call to ASC's lawyer. Seems like everyone wants to get on the gravy train, but they're not going to admit they are a part of it. It's hard to find a good, honest lawyer who is willing to fight for you.

My life has been ruined by these fraudulent practices; and I'm positive I'm not alone. Thanks to ripoffreport, I'm gonna fight the good fight and expose ASC for what they are. If anyone knows about the class action lawsuit, please contact me also.

Don't do a class action suit it is alot of money and a scam, do it yourself go to this website, for 250 dollars they will tell and teach you step by step what to do. How to argue with the judges and win before you walk in the door. Also do your internet reasearch you can do this yourself and win!

www.Jurisdictionary.com?REFERCODE=FL0006 I have been fighting ASC for months and they have no proof of who owns my loan, I am going to sue them, also if you are weeks away from foreclosure and have 80 dollars I can tell you what to do and how to file to ward them off until you can figure out what to do.
