America's Servicing Company forced me to carry more flood insurance than my loan documents require Des Moines, Iowa
I,like others who had their mortgage transferred to ASC was forced to add replacement cost to my flood policy. I have a guideline in my closing papers that shows what is required....but ASC has their own policy ignoring mine! These people have no REGULATION and consumers have no where to turn for
help. I only hope that a CLASS ACTION can be started against them. If you read your deed of trust it should scare you to death what they can do!

Everyone please be advised that because ASC is Part of Wells Fargo Bank....a NATIONAL BANK...they do not come under any STATE AGENCY.......Attorney Generals(State)can't touch them. The only Gov. agency that they have to answer to :Office of Controller of Currency....and like the Butter Business Bureau they only write letters. Congress left a BIG loophole!
