America's Servicing Company Greedy Thieves Refuse to Delete Requirement & Provide Documents Des Moines Iowa
Our loan was sold to America's Servicing after we closed on our condominium. We have paid our loan down and have over 30% equity in the property.
America's Servicing took our $350.00 for an appraisal and they still refuse to delete the Private Mortgage Insurance requirement stating that we need to show proof of "structural improvements" made to the property. The property is a brand new 2nd floor condominium which does not need structural improvements. We purchased it with upgrades.
America's Servicing refuses to provide proof that we signed any document stating we needed to show "structural improvements". This "lender" is a thief and a lier in every respect!
