Complaint Review: America's Servicing Company

America's Servicing Company is the worst mortgage company. Do not work with them. The company does not have knowlegeable or responsive people. I have tried to get my flood insurance problem cleared up. My insurance company sends America's Servicing Company a copy of my flood insurance policy every year, yet ASC keeps charging me for a separate policy. All I hear is that it will be taken care of. It never is. I am hiring a lawyer. I expect ASC to pay for my lawyer's fees and interest on my money.
