Complaint Review: America's Servicing Company

As I sit here and read all of these sad stories, I wish I could tell you what I know now about ASC. I have been railroaded by them also along with the lender and the bank on our mortgage. All of this just proves how they can push people into foreclosure and steal your home away from you. They have just instigated a 2nd foreclosure on our home which I got stopped because what they are doing is illegal.

And the thing is, this is theft. They are stealing peoples homes from them as we speak. Get this, they denied us a loan modification 3 different times when they advised us to do so to begin with. We begged them to do something and now they are going to have to face the consequences of all the illegal stuff they are doing.

The GOOD LORD told me not to give up and I didnt. I have been very persistant on finding out the "dirt" of this whole mess and it looks as though I am not the only one that they have tried to scam. What I have uncovered in the whole mortgage mess this past year would absolutely blow your mind!
