Everything I have read so far has happened to us.
And to make it even worse don't try to refinance they really get upset. I'm in now forclose due to trying to refinance . Would not give the a payoff then when we called ASC. They told them I was in forclose. They did not accept my jan. house payment even till now it has not been cashed and claim that's why I'm in forclose.
Isn't that a hoot. I called them today due to notices sent to my home from their lawers saying I'm in default . They told me ....get this one I have not made a house payment since april of 04
I'm now 15.290.74 in arrears I have been to court with these people last year over the same problems proved I have payed my mortgage on time still they say I'm in arrears . No one will refincance my home now not with this mess they have made . And this is what they want to happen . My home has over hundred thousand dollars
in equity.
Bbelive this they know your homes value and they will foclose on you in a heart beat to reap the winnings. I have lost my home owners due to them not paying in to it in escrow. I have lost hours of work payed out my ears in lawyer fees just to keep my home and to show I pay my mortgage and now it starts all over again. Please lets all do something
