it took them 10 days to generate a pay off letter. When they faxed the pay off, they did not get a conformation letter. It did not go through, and when I got to them to ask to fax it again, they said it would take 24 hours to fax it again. IF YOU CAN AVOID THEM DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM OR WELLS FARGO.
