Complaint Review: America's Servicing Compnay

We are hard working people who had 2 children get ill and had to spend the majority of 6 months, many, many, trips 800 miles each trip,days off of work,  many sleepless nights wondering how we were going to pay the bills and 2 surgeries later we are sent to foreclosure lawyers.  We are not forclosed on, or have a date to sell the house as of today, but they are just waiting to jump on it.  All of our other creditors haave been WONDERFULL.   Santander car loans has been working wilth us, our credit card people, ect. but because these folks are greedy and want to yet kick another hard working family out on the street who has had a run of bad luck.  We owe on the house now what we paid for it, so that means all the interest has been paid and they really lose nothing.  We have been improving the property.  We did not buy a 400k house with a salary of 8$ an hour and expect to be bailed out.  We bought a modest home with what earnings we make.  We have no savings now and we applied for a modification but was turned down because our loan is a Texas
Cash Out loan and does not qualify.  You think they could have told us that up front and saving me alot of time, since I also am a full time nursing student.  It is very curious though because we have paid our loan pretty much on time becausse we were deducting it from the bank untill all of this started happening.  We were a payment behind one other time back in November 2010 and I found the paperwork where they modified the loan tacked the payments on the end of the loan and reduced the rate.  Thats funny that we quailifed then but not now.  i urge anyone who has a loan with wells fargo or if your loan gets sold to wells fargo do everything in your power to refinance with someone else.  They are not customer friendly and do not care about their customers.  Just like Mr. Potter on the popular Christmas movie he would just as soon see you in a paupers grave instead of wasting his good air and taking up his space.  We now have drawn out all of our retirement to file bankruptcy chapter 13 to save our home.  It is a shame that all our other creditors will have to suffer because of one greedy one.  They must remember they will reap what they sow.
