Complaint Review: America's Servicing - Wells Fargo

My home is about to be foreclosed on because of America serving company's incompitance. They have been the last of 1 servicing companys on my motgage and have failed to even attempt to rectify lost paments from my old servicers. My loan is now showing 5 months behind. I have been forced to make unrealistic payment arrangements. They have never provided my a list of the mysterious fee's I am being charged. You would thin after 1 year of trying to straighten this problem out i would have atleast gotten 1 collection call that my loan was delinquet or in default. I have already filed a complaint against the with the occ. I'm looking into a little class action action. Anyone interested?
