Complaint Review: America's Shopping Network

Our small UK business was contacted by Paula Saccamanno, President of America's Shopping Network who for a fee of $22,5000 would produce an infomercial featuring our products that would be aired on national TV throughout the States over a 3 month period. A copy of the infomercial was received but we did not receive any sales - not one! We spoken a number of times to the Vice President of ASN, Dennis Swerdlen, he had an answer for everything, reassuring us we'd get those sales! Well we didn't and now, according to www.sunbiz.org he and Paula disolved the company on the 10/24/06 - the very day we complained to them by letter. Their website is also "being upgraded".

Looking at this website there are many more innocent, honest people who have been deceived by them - DON'T LET IT HAPPEN TO YOU! They target small businesses and say they've seen you at a Trade Show - DON'T BELIEVE A WORD OF IT!

I am reporting them to the State of Florida Office of Attorney General Charlie Crist in Tallahassee. If you've been ripped off by them I recommend you do the same.
