Refinanced my home, (so i thought)America's Wholesale lending company (aka) countrywide home loans along with Oregon Title company (aka) Lawyers Title company actually had me believing that i was get a new mortgage loan but it actually turned out to be a deed of trust loan.
I fell behind one month and then made total payment amount owed but i was .83 cents short so they sent the money orders back a month later told me that i was in default for non payment.
I never recieved any notice saying that my home was going to be foreclosed, i woke up one morning and had a notice from a broker stating that my home was sold and eviction proceedings were in process.
a week or so later i get a residential eviction complaint and summons slapped on my door step at 10:30 pm.
had to go to court, they slapped a judgement on me and threw me and my family on the streets we had 2days to be out or the sheriff would physically removed us.
MERS,countrywide home loans, american wholesale lending, ctc real estate services, transnation title and god only knows whos else, how is it possable for all these NAMES to all have the same address and phone#, how can they all be owned by countrywide home loans?
How many people is it going to take to lose there home and be put out on the street before this class action lawsuit will go into the courts, i called the attorneys general for consumer complaint and fraud in Oregon and they said that there are thousands of complaints against countrywide home loans, how many more thousands of complaints until we get justice.
The federal government better take another hard look on this MERS company because they are making our government look like idiots for letting these people do this to half or more than half of the american population.
Why are so many people jobless? Well maybe because there home was taken from them illegally.
