Call responding in an advertisement on a house rental in Charleston, SC on Craiglist.com. Called the the number 803 814-6381 and spoke with an elderly lady with an accent. Gave me statistics on the housing market and how great this program is for someone whose looking to rent to own. Proceed in telling me she will put me on line with someone else to take my credit card payment of 199.00. I explain to her I don't think this is a legal company and sounds like you are scamming me. She gave me the website of America Standard to go on, which I did. I explained to her it comes up as a scam. She proceed to tell me she doesn't understand those people who wrote such a thing. I told her I will read the accusations and call back.
