I was sold a 5day 4 night all inclusive vacation to Mexico that I had eighteen months to use. I received a call on February 1, 2017 stating that we need to make reservations, but at that time I had no idea or information on the the resorts to choose from so Julio which the person I spoke with instructed me to go to the website gotravel.mexico.com to look at the places. After that I have been trying to reach them at all numbers given to me including the direct number given by Julio at 866 367-2413X33306. None of the number can you reach anyone.
