Complaint Review: America Value Channel

I bought an item 8/14. I received it, got the RMA number, and returned it within 5 days. They say they received it 9/4, however it is clear they received it before that date. It's now 10/15. I've called and emailed about my return. One customer service person told me it takes 5 to 6 weeks to get the refund. Why! They are simply making money through interest on all returns! To date I still don't have my $500 back! Don't use this channel! It's a ripoff!
