I answered ad which is in Prov. Sunday Journal every week. For Test& application Preparation Goverment Jobs.Federal Agencies now hiring throughout New England.Wages Starting $10.54-$20.55,PLus Great Benefits. I called the # in the ad made an appointment with counsler.I was told to bring picture ID.and $10.

I went to the Appointment, completed a short test they had set up.Then I met with a counsler(Ken Fogarty ).He then read to me a short agreement.

It is understood that my enrollment fee of $499.00 paid in full, entitles me to repeat all classes as often as necessary or until I am successful in my goal.me

Acc will also continue to instruct me in getting Federal&State placement leads, and offer career advisory services as long as is required by me at no additional cost.

Provided I submit all necessary personal data and documentation in a timely. These classes were held in Boston right next to the Fleet Ctr.Whic is about 1& a half hours of Traveling time.

Classes were held for 5 Saturdays in a row.All taht is fine. The part which I was lied to about and ripped-off on,is as follows.

I was told,by Mr.Fogarty That I when I arrived at the class that someone would be assigned to me and work with me until Iwas successful in accomplishing my goal.

I was also told the was parking in front of the Bldg once I got there.I wasn't told it was only 3 parking spots long!!I also had to pay $15 a week to park.

To my suprise when I went to my first class I found out nobody was going to be assigned to me.I also found out for an addittional $299 that they would do all the work for you ,providing you gave them all neccessary info.

Peap Is the name Of the upgrade program for the xtra $299,which is only held on Tues. and Thurs.

I feel that I should have been told up front that there were two different fees for two different programs. For $499 I received 1 book a lot of handouts Websites for Federal Job listings.

I received some grammar& spelling lessons,it sems to me most people in the class felt they were not told the truth! When this was metioned the placement director Ms.Ellis was upset and annoyed.

I felt I was ripped-of and victimized any help in this matter would be appreiciated, thank you.
