Complaint Review: American addiction center

As a former client of American addiction center I can speak to the program or lack there of. The staff is very uneducated and not sympthitic to the needs of clients. Mark the director of the program is very rude and does not seem to care about anything more than making a profit. Durring the intake process I was told about the program non of which was true. I was told that I would have 2 individual therapy sessions weekly which never happened I was lucky if I hot to talk to a theripist after hours of asking. I was told that it was a safe drug free enviornment which it was not. People were actively getting high and drinking while in the program. This is a horrible place. I was set back months in my recovery as a result of spending time there. I was told that if I paid in full up front I would be able to come back for free if I relapse. This is a lie. They do not let you return. Worst rehab ever. Go to Betty ford.
