Complaint Review: American Advertising Concepts

 I was contacted in November by a gentleman named Jason Ely who was very persuasive and sold me an ad for WestCreek Townhomes. I then proceeded to receive a proof from a woman named Crystal that was back in November. This morning I came in and called West Creek townhomes where I was informed by the manager that they knew of no magnets and had not received anything from this company. I started looking for all my e-mails linking back to this company and I'm so happy I saved them. This morning after e-mailing and calling several times I finally receive a call back from a woman named Anna Kelley who informed me that my magnets of course just suddenly went to print. I informed her that I would like to cancel my order. Its been 7 months since I ordered. Ms. Kelley stated that I would be receiving my magnets this week and would also be delivered to West Creek Town Homes. I'm not holding my breath on this one. A Very Angry Client.
