Complaint Review: American Agencies - Aca Receivables

American agencies works to collect debts in texas even though they are not bonded witht the texas sos office to do so. They violate debt collection practices on the federal level and individual state levels. they do not respond to written letters of disputes sent via certified mail. They do not responde to written letters of request for debt validation sent via certified mail. They do not care to adhere to consumer laws and do not care if they trample on a consumer's civil liberties. I want to sue them with a whole class to file a class action settlement. Let's band together to put them out of business and bankrupt their owners. Their owners reep the benefits of the unlawful practices by owning million of dollars worth of yachts and real estate.
