American Agencies does it again Torrence California
Here we go again, right. When American Agencies called and began harrasing me 3 weeks ago, I thought I was alone. Viktor began berrating me on a charge from SBC in '97 that had balloned from $500 dollars to over $800 because of interest charges.
As now I have a small family and anything on my credit report horrified me I immeadiatly said that I would pay this without knowing that many of the things that he was saying were illegal. i.e. Only take payment through western union, don't have a accurate list of the billing, charging interest on the original debt, calling 1 to 3 times a day, asking personal questions like what bank we use, not taking payments.
I read these reports one day after sending a check and have stopped payment on it until I get to the bottom of this.
Can anyone tell me about SOL laws in Missouri? Viktor has already called twice today so I will let everyone know how it goes. Good luck to all that have had to deal with this rude, evil company. I hope everything turns out all right and bless us all.

For those of you that would like to as some questions, please post them below.
I wish everyone the best. Remember, send a message to abusive businesses by hurting them in their pocket books. Do not send payments to any business that mistreats, abuses, or does not have value for your consumer dollars.
Thank you all.
