AMERICAN AGENCIES RIPOFF, DISHONEST FRAUD BILLING SAN DIEGO California
on 11-21-2003, I recieved a collection notice for pacific bell/2nd LA. It states that I owe over $3000.00 in principal amount and $2000.00 in late charges. The total amount that american agencies is claiming is $5083.71. They have called me, over, and over again. I refuse to pay anything.
I was never in use of pacific bell at the time. My credit report is now trashed, and I have been denied credit to any credit dept or loan. This has ruin my life and my financial record. I am re-sending notification to all credit reporting company and reported id theft warning to my name and social.
