American Appliances Credit Repair Group No returned calls. False promises. Rude agents. Wasted 10 months with no outcome. Agents hang up on you and are rude and unprofessional Internet
I found the website thecreditrepairgroupinc.com online when looking for help to repair errors on my credit report. I called the toll free number and an agent advised that the company would work with companies to remove/update correct errors on my report. I was told it would take about 6 months. 10 months later, hours of countless runaround and zero improvements with the errors on the report I was advised that the company (online website calls them the CRG team however when filing a BBB complaint company comes up as American Appliances(714) 622-56254764 Dogwood Avenue, Seal Beach, CA 90740-3045- odd???) was closing my file because they do not like the way I have acted?
I was told over and over that someone would email me with an update, call with news...nothing. I called every month give or take for over 10 months and nothing. I was passed around from person to person, no one could provide me with an update, agents were very rude an combative. I have never in my life had a company act so unprofessional and rude. Not to mentioned invest 10 months stating they work on my report they did not.
Agent "Monica" at ext 206 was the worst of them all. She closed my file and hung up on me for asking for an update and asking why I never received the email update they supposedly sent on 12/28/12. I called back and was hung up on by every agent and told not to call that my case was now closed and was insulted with name calling and again hung up on. So I have taken to the rip off report and the BBB to hopefully shine the light on this company and how badly they treat customers. Not to mention do not provide the service they advertise.
