Complaint Review: American Auto Group

In March 2006 I brought a 2000 Chevy Monte Carlo I had to take it through inspection and it felled . I called to get it fixed they gave me the run around so long i had to get it fixed myself. It was a problem that was in my warranty that i paid $1200 for . Then i finally went into my pocket to get it fixed which cost me $600 for . Now a year later im going through the same thing again I now you get a sticker every 2 years but the car got inspected 1 year before i got it . So this time i called Credit Acceptance they told me there was nothing they can do for me . Thats just bad buisness .
