I wanted to transport my car from Parsippany NJ, to Bloomington IL. I have asked them to send driver on march 13 or march 14, They sent driver on march 12 and then told me that it was my mistake I should gave them 7 different days for pick up.

Second, Alex Whitaker told me that it would cost 550 $ over all but when the driver arrived with my card, he asked for additional 75 $ for fuel surcharge. and in the end, THEY ARE NOT GIVING ME RECEIPT FOR ALL MONEY THAT I PAID TO THEM. I TOLD THEM THAT I NEED PROPER RECEIPT FOR REIMBURSEMENT BUT NOBODY REPLIED TO MY CALLS AND EMAILS.

I CALLED ALEX, HE TOLD ME TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ALWAYS PROMISE TO SEND ME MY RECEIPT BUT NEVER SEND TO ME.INSTEAD OF PROPER RECEIPT, I GOT FOLLOWING REPLY FROM THEM (EVEN THE PRICE THEY MENTIONED ARE WRONG AS I PAID 625 NOT 675):
