American Bartending Institute Rip-off Would not refund money for merchandise returned back within 7 days & was very abused Santa Barbara California
I Returned Merchandise in accordance with their instructions for full refund. No responses in over a week. They agreed to fax me a Refund/Testimonial form. But still did not response. I had to get my father to call them. They were very rude and unprofessional.

Rudolph signed up for our certification program on 2/03/03 we shipped the correspondence course out to him, it was returned on 2/19/03 and he was issued a refund that day. Appartently 16 days between order date and refund was too long for Rudolph to wait.
