At the end of July, I received a phone call by these people for a secured credit card. I have no credit history, so I thought this was a legitimate offer and I trusted people, so I gave them my checking account number.

On August 3rd of 2001, $159.90 was taken from my account. I called them on the 10th and they said my credit card was mailed out on the 8th. On August 15th, $19.95 was taken from my account.

My husband called them on the 22nd and they said my credit card was mailed out on the 20th. On September 4th, $14.95 was taken from my account.

I called them on September 12th and they said that I would have my credit card on the 28th. I told them that I wanted to cancel this and get ALL my money back and they said that I need to send back my credit card back to them to get a refund.

Then, I find out that they sold my checking account number to another company(E Phone Telecom-see my other report)who takes more money out on August 29th.

I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in Chicago, with my Attorney General in California, and with the Postal Inspectors, and now with you. Can someone help me, please?
