Complaint Review: American Budget Inn and Suites

Wife and I were traveling through the area and looked to rent a room for the night. Checked in, paid using a credit card, was assigned a room. Drove through the parking lot, discovered a blacked out area, lights not working in parking area. Then we noticed, an obvious prostitute leaving a room, entered into another. Outside the room where she entered, a group of gangstas' were selling dope. Went back to the hotel office asked for a refund. DENIED.

Opened a claim through the credit card agency. Hotel lied and said we did stay in the room.

Claim denied.

Want a lousy experience, stay here. Good luck if you make it through the night....
