C. David Manns, Charles Jackson, David Mann from Jalin Realty Capital Advisors, American Capital Holdings, LLC is actually David C. Jackson of Comvest Capital. Look it up on google. He spent almost four years in federal prison for bank fraud. He will return to prison because he stole my money and then sued me in federal court to try to make me stop posting on the internet the truth. He uses federal lawsuit to try hide his crimes. This guy is so dumb he keeps filing federal lawsuits against people that he stole from. He thinks that when someone is sued in Federal Court it will make them just go away. It won't work. His law suit failed and he and his lawyer were chewed out by the judge and made to pay my fees! Stay away from this guy. If you have a lawsuit against this FIGHT it! You will win easily!
