Complaint Review: American Carpets & Rugs

Luis Fernandez, Owner of American Carpets & Rugs was made aware of shoddy work on his company's part that needed to be repaired in April of 2004, and reminded of this with many phone calls since then. He continues to stall at best, does'nt respond at worst.

The worst part about this is that he is putting my fathers well being at risk by not fixing his shoddy work... my father is a senior who can easily fall on the floor coming apart. 5 months now, and still waiting
