Complaint Review: American Cash Award

My neighbor, elderly and just home from the hospital, has received several (2+) calls from American Cash Award saying she has won $6.5 million.  So far they have not asked for money up front.

Last call they left a phone number for her to call back on - 206-497-7080.  This number comes back, on 4 of 5 lookup services, to Richmond Beach, WA, but none of them - even if you pay - provide a name or address.  (The 5th service reports the number as being from Randle, WA but also gives no name or address.  Both towns are in the Seattle, WA area.)
