Complaint Review: American Cash Awards

 I was contacted today indicating that I am the winner of a new washer/dryer and $2.5 million.I was given a number and instructed to go to Walmart or CVS and get a MoneyPak/State Stamp for $199 and then call James Carter back with the number.  He would then notify Attorney Brown and have my prizes delivered privately or with media.

This just didn't sound right so I looked it up on the internet and found Ripoff as the first entry.  I did not got get the moneypak as suggested.
