Complaint Review: American Cash Awards

 I received a phone call today with a weird electronic voice from American Cash Awards telling me I had won 2 1/2 million dollars. When I asked why I had won he stated I was one of a few seniors chosen for paying my utilites on time. I wondered about that because the electric people were just here last week to turn off my power, anyway I continued to listen. He then stated I only had to send in 15 hundred dollars to claim my winings. I told him I didnt have that much money and that you dont pay money to win money. He was a little stern then and told me to listen to him. I hung up and called the sheriffs department who said they were getting repeated calls daily in our area. Its a shame that some will send what little they have in hopes of getting enough to not live day to day as most of us do. I was being honest when I told him I didnt have 15 hundred dollars. Nor could I have put together that kind of money if I had to. I guess being broke does have some advantages, lol.
