A year ago we were approached to change our bank card services to American Cash Machines. We agreed because of the new "Gratis" card they were offering. They charged the $75 set up fee. It took 4 weeks to send our equipment & then a month later they still had not downloaded the info into the machine so that we could use it. We decided not to do business with this company. The "Gratis" company helped us find a new bank card service company & even pulled their account from ACM. A year later they debited $500 from my account without my permission or any notice. They will not return my calls.

THIS CHARGE OCCURRED FOR FAILURE OF THE MERCHANT TO RETURN EQUIPMENT

Although the merchant has falsely stated the facts, the $500.00 charge resulted from the merchant deceiding to not return the equipment in their possession.

The Merchant Agreeemnt, clearly states, that should they choose to terminate services, they must return the equipment provided them. Failure to do so, will result in a charge of $500.00

Had the merchant returned the equipment, they would not have been debited.
