Complaint Review: american central transport

Ok first of all I think american central transport is a great company , they all have issues some are minor some are major

My problem is I elected to have a on board camera placed in my truck that I bought thur american central tranport lease purchase program

Because I was told that it was a good thing by the companys staff in the shop and in the safety dept. Well I dont like it in my truck

Its an invasion of my personal life as a driver in my vehicle , act claims that because im leased on with them that while on duty that my visor can not be down so they can see what iam doing while I drive. Now they do pay me 2 extra cents for having the obr in my truck on all loaded miles. I dont believe then pay  me for the camera in the truck for the empty miles it is not stated on my lease. Only .90 cents and the fuel surcharge is paid.

And because they refuse to remove the obr I am leaving a great company , I dont need  to be micro management 

Being that iam 60 years old I dont need a babysitter , being that I have a good driving record , I have maded every attempt to have this invasion of my privacy and its agaist my religion  , and my sexual orientation. 

Religions are based on beliefs and I believe that its more harm to me than you, its as bad as it is . Thats right so unfortunately they have made the choice for me. To leave the company states that with my visor down iam not in compliance with the contract and company policy . Well either is the company they have several drivers company and owner operators who are not in compliance with thier company policy.

Therefore , my le@se will be forfitted because I dont want to be apart of the policy. My contract will be voided.

therefore my religion has been discrimination against,  because I believe in the constitution of tbe united states.and this is my religion

Freedom of speech,  I dont need the undue stress emotional  duress,  I was also asked are they supposed to make exception and show 

Favoritism towards me. I said no but this company does show favorites . Bottom line is we where to.d that we could not have cameras in our truck for personal reasons. The owner stated he dont like them and he wont have them. And he turned the tables around an is placing his selection in our trucks. If your a owner operator it should be your choice, if your an company driver yes, if your a lease buying a truck thur act

Yes. So I believe my religion is being discriminate.  The company is owned by lawyers so I have no legal rights its in my contract that is going to expire on 12/31/2015.  $o I will find another job and leave a Great company.
