This company promised to have my bike to me in 3-5 days after I paid the deposit. The bike wasn't picked up for 13 days!!! They promised me a $300.00 "gas card"..........this is a LIE!!! After they got their deposit, I tried calling them and could NOT get a call back. If I could get someone on the phone, they put me on hold sometimes up to 4 minutes, then return to the phone with NO clue who I was........Joke!!! This Mercedes chick that made the deal with me, doesn't exist after the deposit is paid. Her voicemail can't even record a message, it says "you have reached Mercedes, please leave a message", then there's a pause and you hear....."goodbuy"? You can't leave a message, which makes it easy to not return calls!!

This "gas card" thing is a complete SCAM! I was promised a $300.00 gas card that could be used in the "store of my choice or at the pump". There is NO gas card, you get a voucher that has to be redeemed by some other company?

If you call them and actually get someone on the phone and try to explain your discust with them, the automaticaly say "we have a contract and will take you to collections"! It's like they say this 1000 times a day and probably do!

I don't know how in the hell this company is still operating in this country? There has to be some law or way to shut these people down so they do not scam anymore good americans........which these people are not!!!

Lie Lie Lie that's American Century Transports's moto!

Just go to claimyourgas.com and see for yourself. There is NO "gas card" like you and I were promised. You "simply" spend $100.00 a month on fuel at one gas station, mail your receipts along with a voucher by the end of each month and in "only 8-12 WEEKS" you maybe, might, could receive $25.00 to use at that same gas station!!! What a DEAL!! So this is simple really, say you drive a vehicle that hopefully gets bad mileage. All you have to do is:
1. Go to ONE gas station
2. Fill up
3. Don't throw your receipt away, make sure you get that receipt!
4. Then drive around and around and around, making sure you stay close to that gas station so that when your tank gets low you can fill up at that same gas station (DO NOT RUN OUT OF GAS IN FRONT OF ANY OTHER STATION!) those receipts won't count toward your "redemption"
5. Save all your receipts for that month
6. Total up your spendings (hope they add up to at least $100.00)
7. Print a voucher from the web site for that month
8. Mail your receipts and the voucher to Arizona by the last day of the month you are trying to redeem
(THIS IS THE TRICKY PART)
9. While repeating the above steps, you also need to stand by your mailbox for aproximately only 8-12 weeks to get ................ready......................ready........your "$25 gas card"
Now tell me why I would be mad about being told that "I'm going to get a $300.00 gas card if I go with this transport company"?? I don't know why everyone doesn't take advanage of this awesome deal!!
We need to shut this scam artist, liar, ripoff comany down!! They think this kind of practice is Funny, they will laugh at you right on the phone!! Funny huh?? Not when it happens to you! American Century Transport is the same as Sadam Hussain and should get the same punishment!! This is total B.S. I would rather do business with AIG!!!
