Complaint Review: American Computer Supplies

I received a call from American Computer Supplies in LA, and was promised their printer ribbons would last twice as long as other manufacturer's ribbons and for a fraction of the costs. This is a big lie. Most of the ribbons don't work at all, and the ones that do do not last any longer than ribbons that cost a fraction of their costs. They charged me $32.50 per ribbon that I can buy from Office Depot for $9.75. Please please do not fall for this companies scams over the phone. The salesmen try to be cute and funny to catch you off guard. The customer service people will never return your calls if you are making a complaint or requesting a R/A number. Accounts Receivables will call and hound you everyday. Do not purchase anything from this company.
