Is this a joke? Convicted felon Les Burk (currently in Chapter 7 Bankruptcy) is portraying his son Daniel Almaraz as the "CEO and owner" while Daniel Almaraz publishes that "his folks" own the company. Yes, we all know by now American Container Homes, Atomic Container Homes, ACHI modular are all the same scams operating under different names to try and avoid detection. Just google the names and plenty of information will come up. In addition to running a year-long stock scam with Ethan Day out of California/Arizona, they're now trying to scam the public with Gold Cross Properties out of El Paso.

 

Any past or present victims should contact the authorities ASAP along with the Bankruptcy Courts. Any potential victims should also BE AWARE!

As mentioned from before to our knowledge Goldcross Properties has done nothing wrong and might also be a victim of Leslie Burk, Ethan Day and Daniel Almarez of American Container Homes/Atomic Container Homes/ACHI Modular/Sun City Farms/ www.containerhomefund.com. We truly hope they're not another victim.

If you can address the four questions below everything is cleared up as to if GoldCross Properties has or has not entered into business dealings with Leslie Burk convicted of felony fraud who is currently on probation.

1. No claim is made that we've met, nor done business with anyone from GoldCross Properties. Is this true or false?

2. If GoldCross Properties doesn’t own the land off of Desert Haven of which GoldCross Properties has a Lot For Sale sign showing the phone number 915-779-3495 and American Container Homes is promoting on its homepage we retract mentioning GoldCross Properties in our complaint. Is this true or false?

3. If Leslie Burk’s son Daniel Almaraz didn’t “strike up a deal” with GoldCross Properties as announced on American Container Homes on its website we retract mentioning GoldCross Properties in our complaint. Is this true or false?

4. If your client had no involvement in selling stock or assisting in raising funds with Les Burk and or Ethan Day on the now debunked www.containerhomefund.com we retract mentioning GoldCross Properties in our complaint. Is this true or false?

As mentioned before if numbers 2-4 can be shown as false we retract mentioning GoldCross Properties in our complaint, but if true our statements are not slander. While you chose to reveal your personal information on this site we've elected (along with many others with reported issues) to remain anonymous as most do that use this public forum to make the general public aware of potential Scams.

In closing, if your client has entered into business dealings with Leslie Burk convicted of felony fraud who is currently on probation I'd challenge you to provide a single permitted residential job that American Container Homes/Atomic Container Homes/ACHI Modular has received a certificate of occupancy on along with SEC-approved issued stock certificates of value from the debunked www.containerhomefund.com  as this will help clear up the validity of the proposed project.

No future correspondence will take place without the above questions answered and documents provided. Gold Cross Properties is hereby retracted from this complaint if statements 2-4 are shown false. If your client is a victim of Leslie Burk please contact the proper authorities and the Bankruptcy courts ASAP.

Steve (who for some reason refuses to use his last name) -

Slander is publishing remarks about someone which are untrue and damaging.  You did that and the fact that you have no information about my client, Goldcross Properties, makes the slander that much more vindictive and malicious.   

You are somehow assuminig that if someone or some entity has any business or personal dealing with Mr. Burk, that that person or entity is intentionally and illegally scamming the public.   That is the very definition of slanderous conduct on your part. 

Now, that you feel so strongly about this makes me have a need for your last name and your address.  I was happy to give you mine and I expect the same courtesy in return.  The time for hiding behind annonymity has ended.  Time to man up!

As an attorney, I think you’ll agree “slander” consist of making false statements correct? If so let's clarify a few things in your comment and our complaint.

1.  No claim is made that we've met, nor done business with anyone from GoldCross Properties. Is this true or false?

2.  You reference “angry with Leslie Burk”. You’re an attorney correct and are familiar with public records? You’ve seen or looked into the number of judgments against Les and his companies correct? It's more than we can keep track of with the 2017 and 2018 (case #18-30992) bankruptcy(s) delaying recordings. https://apps.epcounty.com/publicrecords/OfficialPublicRecords Search the name Burk Leslie or Burk Les or Burke Les. He's a fraud and uses different names trying to avoid detection. You can also call the El Paso County clerk and recorder’s office at 915-546-2071. Are you familiar with his felony fraud conviction? Criminal docket case #3:14-cr-00240-DCG-1 or by calling the U.S. Western District of Texas (El Paso) 915-534-6725. Are you aware that he's currently on probation? Our intent is not to slander anyone or be untruthful/damaging rather expose the truth of a documented convicted fraud felon who recently filed a chapter 7 bankruptcy(s) once in 2017 and again in 2018 (case #18-30992). Your client and countless other victims need to be made aware of this repeat offender and threat to society.

I’ll mention again if statements 1-5 are false we retract mentioning GoldCross Properties in our complaint but if any are true you might want to take another look at who your client is involved with.

In closing you mentioned us getting paid money to delete deceitful reports? Let me be clear no fees are generated to us from this open forum but thankfully it exists as a public announcement. We appreciate your comment and look forward to you or your client's clarification on 1,3,4, and 5 as #2 is undisputable as public records.

"Steve" lies and slanders

I am Sheral Maloy, the attorney for GoldCross Properties who Steve L. has decided to slander in his report.  Steve has never met anyone from GoldCross Properties, has never done business with GoldCross Properties, knows nothing about this company and maliciously uses its name in this report to add harm to yet another business reputation because he is angry with Leslie Burk. 

 

I understand he likes to damage the reputation of others and I woud like him to come forward and use his identity as you should make anyone who writes something this untruthful and damaging. 

 

How would you like it if I reported that your rip off report business makes people pay you money to delete these deceitful reports and that is how you fund your "business". 

 

I want to sign my name and why is it you have a rule which sstates that you may NOT sign your name.
