Complaint Review: American Cosigners LLC

This is an update on all the companies in the scam network of Randi Dorante. They are still scamming people as of January 2018 according to the Better Business Bureau. Dorante, ran American Cosigners under the alias of Julia Daniels, and scammed me out of my $2296.00 by finding every reason under the sun not to return my refund. I provided Dorante text and email evidence that I complied with the contract, legal and law enforcement pressure, and after several weeks of every tactic Dorante could think of...she decided to try to get a restraining order against me for harassment and sue me, my parents, my two brothers, my ex-sister-in-law, and a friend for $35 million dollars as retaliation for my efforts to get my money back. I'm pleased to announce that on Nov.1st in Riverside County, California court I won the hearing for the restraining order! It was dismissed! Then on February 6, 2018 we had the good fortune to have a judge who saw through the ridiculous and frivolous lawsuit and it was dismissed as well! Victory and justice! I would still like my refund back.

As of Nov. I, 2017, I won a hearing in court Riverside, California against Randi Dorante (aka Julia Daniels). She never returned my $2296, lied endlessly to me, harassed me, defamed me online, threatened me and my family, and cyberbullied us. After all that she tried to get a restraining order against me. The judge denied the order. Dorante also tried to sue me, my parents, my two brothers, my ex-sister-in-law, and a friend for $35 million dollars for defamation. The judge threw out the ridiculous and frivolous lawsuit on February 6, 2018. So, we have won 2 cases in court but never got our money back or an apology.  American Cosigners and Randi Dorante (aka Randi Vaughn, Randi Natashi, Randi Capetian, Wendy Miles, Julia Daniels, Dr Randi Vaughn, and Empress Havana Queen of Nations) sent me a false new contract and my signature was forged! I never saw this document nor did I sign it. The also changed the address of one of their fake partner companies. American Cosigners is aka We Rent For You Nationwide Cosigners, We Rent For You Leasing Solutions, Trust Alliance Apartment Cosigners, Multi-Family Cosigners, Zharie Petroleum, Chocolate Twist Productions, Capetian Ministries, Medical Products LDP INC, Equity Risk Services, and Commercial Services Corp. They are breaking real estate laws, they stole $2296.00, committed forgery, falsified a contract, defamed me, posted my private info online publicly, sexually harassed me and sent me death threats and threats of bodily harm. Please, notify Richland Police Department, Mission Viejo Sheriff's Dept, Lumberton Police Department, and Attorney General of your state if you come across these companies or a woman of these names. American Cosigners and Randi Vaughn, aka Julia Daniels,  will send you abusive texts and emails to scare you away from reporting them. I have been cyber bullied, called a witch and murderer and child molester publicly, called crazy and mentally unstable publicly, accused of stalking their employees and kids at school publicly, accused of stealing identities and committing financial fraud publicly, had a fake employee (Randi Vaughn aka Julia Daniels) Kelly L write lies about me, accused of having deons control me, sexually harassed and sent death threats and threats of bodily harm in texts and emails!  The claim that my complaint is fraudulent is ridiculous. American Cosigners used to be We Rent For You! My legal and research team uncovered this quite easily. Ripoff Report has many rebuttals that are similar to mine. Also, any post in favor of American Cosigners is written by the same person(s). Compare the sentence structure, phrases of speech, punctuation errors, capitalizaton errors, and misspellings. Julia Daniels, John Stevenson, Jonathan Bailey, Lisa Rossi, Richard Simmons, Natasha Hasani are aliases or "virtual people." Now I will address" John Stevenson statement. "

1. I applied with Essex property Fairways at Westridge. I only brought American Cosigners in to help cosign on an apartment. I have documents supporting that Fairways never approved me. They didn't want to do business with American Cosigners. My first red flag.

2. You can call Katie and Kathy at 661-259-4058 to confirm this.

3. I never spoke badly to corporate. I only called corporate to find out about the status of my approval.

4. The second community, Montecito, never heard from Julia or American Cosigners. I called and checked. I also have a statement coming to confirm this also.

5. No apartment in 10 days= FULL REFUND.

6. They have defamed me by claiming I stalk their employees and kids at school, calling me mentally unstable, and posting my private info online publicly.

7. I have sent many emails politely asking for my refund back that was promised me in seveal emails.

8. Only the Federal government can file terror threats so that comment is also a lie. As of September 27, besides the defamation and abusive emails they have sent me, I have received three death threats and was sexually harassed via text message. The Better Business Bureau, Federal Trade Commission, Consumer Finance Protection Bureau, Facebook, Richland Police Department, and about 20 consumer complaint sites have been contacted. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SCAM COMPANY!

 Nice move American Co-Signers. You can't post personal information or state that a client is mentally unstable if you are a responsible lender. It is apparent that you are not well versed in privacy laws which makes me question your validity.

 Here are the facts: 1. I applied online. They called me first. Phone records will prove it.

2. Essex never approved me because they had never heard of American Cosigners. Essex worked with their legal department for a week. Those were the calls I made to corporate and the manager. I needed to know the status of my approval so I could hire movers. I was very polite and professional. *Take Note: I've in this Essex property before in 2004 and was a tenant in good standing.

3. I never spoke badly about the Essex managers. They will be sending a statement confirming that which I will post here. Essex has never refused a phone call. Phone records will prove that.

4. The second community, Montecito, was never contacted by Julia or anyone else at American Cosigners. I will be receiving a statement from them to prove it. This is when I politely cut ties with American Cosigners. I very much wanted to move to California and was crushed I couldn't go and still am to this day!

5. Once again, I will state that I was NEVER approved for either apartment. I have the refund statement to prove it! I will be receiving a statement from them confirming this also.

6. Since I was never approved, I get my money back according to the contract.

7. I couldn't have stalked executives homes or children because I live in Washington state. I can prove through computer history that 200 emails haven't been sent. All the emails asked for my money back.

8.I called the three buildings' real estate agents because there is NO phone number for American Cosigners. I only did this two days ago trying to locate someone to talk to because there is no phone number. The agents never heard of American Cosigners nor were they in the buildings. ANYONE can do the research to find the same info.

9. I met with Officer Gilbert of the Richland Police Department today and nobody has contacted them. I did get to share my evidence of a broken contract and email promises broken.

10. My name is spelled Krejci, not what you wrote in the 2nd to last paragraph.

11. Finally, what business professional of a national company goes online and threatens to expose a client's address, vehicle license plate, describes the make and model of their car, and their social security number? As you can read, I have been calm, mature, well-spoken, professional, and have evidence to prove all of John's claims are false and mean-spirited. I have written customer complaints in the past two days to 18 complaint sites and the 1 fact they all had in common was that American Cosigners didn't exist on their list. It must be a new company. I started writing emails, texts, and calling American Cosigners begging for my refund to be sent to me last Wednesday, the 20th.  I received emails with the exact mispelled words, punctuation errors, speech pattern, and namecalling choice of insult as was written in this rebuttal.

This review just popped up today. What a coincidence as I just wrote my Ripoff Report this weekend and I have been emailing American Cosigners this morning. I believe the rebuttal is written by Julia Daniels. I also believe that she writes the emails by Jonathan Bailey, especially since he misspelled his own name (and other words) this morning in an email he sent me. I politely didn't point that out. Obviously, Ripoff Report has notified American Cosigners/Julia that this complaint existed and she wrote a fake positive rebuttal right away. How did this happy customer know about this? Another amazing coincidence!

They have lied in their emails about the following:  (These are the highlights.)

1. First, they said they are forwarding all my emails to my local police because I am harassing them and they are scared for their lives. Then another email said the sheriff is getting the emails. Which one is it? They never gave me any names of officers. But, I have no problem with this since I will finally have the authorities involved and they will have the names, phone numbers, and addresses of the people I'm trying to get my money from! Win, win for me! Oh, and they changed it from police to sheriff after I informed them that I used to date the captain of the police department and that everyone there knows me really well. That was amusing.

2. They said they contacted the apartment community I tried to get into and had them write a letter about me. They denied me because "Fairways" didn't want to do business with American Cosigners. Big red flag. I have contacted the community and they will be sending me a statement stating this and that they never wrote any letter to American Cosigners about me. We tried to get me into "Montecito" but Julia never contacted them. I cut ties with American Cosigners at this point. I was then promised a refund by Julia on the phone and Jonathan Bailey sent me two emails promising me a refund. I have received no refund yet but have received very harassing emails this morning though (full of insults, threats, misspellings, and a lack of knowlegde of the legal process and definition of legal terms.)

*This just in. My local police department just called me back and I'm going in to file a police report right now. Ugh, I'm going to miss the Seahawks playing the Titans. I'm taking all of my evidence with me. I have to cut this short. I had more to say but I'll end with this. I have been calm, professional, logical, patient, and respectful in all my emails with American Cosigners and their affiliates. I cannot say the same for them.

I came across a bad report written about American Cosigners.  The lady must be NUTS.  We found American Cosigners online also.   And called them, they explain here services,  we wired $7500 to get into a high rise condo.   the process was quick and easy,  we were in our new home within 6 days,  we have the keys.   Perhaps the customer had a bad experience with American Cosigners but myself and my Wife,  think American Cosigners is a great company.  We had NO problems with them.

John Stevenson " General Manager" Responding to the report from customer named  Melinda P Krejci aka Mindy.  

 This lady called our office wanting cosigning services,  our cosigning team, sent the rental application to Essex Properties which the apartment was approved for her move in but because the manager and the leasing agent did not call her back, right away,  Melinda Krejci,  called Essex Corporate Office to speak badly about the leasing agents and manager at the community.  

The cosigning team followed up with the community and the community did not want this lady at there community, they were rubbed the wrong way from this women calling there corporate office, telling misleading information that the leasing agents at the community refused to service her or return her calls.  

Because we are in the market to provide housing to our communities as a Nationwide Cosigner?   Our cosigner team, sent another rental application to the second community,  the application was approved,  however Melinda Krejci,  refused to move into the unit, she stated that she could not get anyone to help her move to California from Washington.    Because our cosigners were able to obtain two approvals for Melinda's Krejci move in?  No refund is Due to her.   

Our agreement sent to all applicants states, once an apartment is approved for a renters move in-  No Refunds are given.    We have explained numerous times concerning our companies policy and have pointed out in our agreements, however, she refuses to listen,  she has sent us 200 emails a day, she has sent us 200 texts a day-   she has stalked our executives homes and their children at their schools,  she has called all the businesses located in our buildings-    Currently our executives have filed terror threats charges against her, we have notified the local police in her state where she lives,  and we are currently pursing a retraining order, against Melinda Krejchi.    this lady is mentally unstable,  she is currently on some form of mental disability, based her documents she has sent to our company for cosigning services.
