Complaint Review: American Credit Debt Solutions

First I would like to say I am sorry to hear your story and I hope that you recovered your losses. I am a victim too. I will never let it go. Check my ripoff report #1423848.

When I did a full research about them I found out that they have been doing that and scamming people for years. It seems every 2-3 years they come up with a new business name and open a new business bank account and then scam people out of their money and when they reach the apex point they file for bankruptcy. Old businesses I found those scammers have used to scam and steal money from people are:

-        Spectrum Funding Solutions. Ripoff Report #: 1248846 dated: 8/16/2015.

-        American Eagle Credit Solutions. Complaints Board Report # 475556 dated 7/8/2011.

-        Ray Azcui Loan Officer. Ripoff Report #: 579181 dated 3/7/2010.

-        American Credit Debt Solutions. Ripoff Report #: 1257727 dated 9/28/2015. And Ripoff Report #: 1395025 dated 8/23/2017.

 My name is Daphne and I got scammed by these people as well. I'm reaching out to everyone that was scammed to possible file a class action suit against these crooks. I was about to buy an investment property from a man who had to sell it so that he could use the money to get cancer treatment. I was in the late stages and I was ready to go. I even told you this in emails and I explained this to you and I even forwarded you the texts from this person and you assured me that everything was going to happen but you're a liar. This person was really thinking that they were going to sell their property to me. Your scumbag sneaky disgusting and deplorable business practices harmed other people not just me you f* piece of trash. And to the phony people that posted that they actually got funded - you should be ashamed of yourself and I hope you're enjoying that stolen money. Want to prove that it's real? How about giving me a real number and email address instead of an email address that's been disabled and a phone number that's been disconnected?? Hi my name is Nicole.  I had responded to an ad posted on craigslist and I was looking to purchase real estate.  I saw the ad for American Credit Debt Solutions.  I called the number that was posted on the ad.  I spoke to the owner/President and CEO of Amercian Credit Debt Solutions Ray Azcui.  I told him I was in need to purchase Real Estate for $300,000.  Ray stated that his Real Estate loans are done as a business loan per se then through the individual.  I said no problem.  Ray told me it had to be put through an LLC, Corp or Inc. I said that was not an issue at all.  Ray then proceeded to tell me all the details of his process which included paying a commitment fee of $500.  Ray also said that his loans are 100% financing with no creidt check  I said are you sure then I said it sounds to good to be true and with no credit check either.  I was concerned with paying an upfront fee but I went with my gut feeling and I went forward with the process anyway.

I submitted everything that was asked for from his requirements and sent it to Ray via e-mail as requested.  I did not have any problems with Ray or any other member from his staff.  The whole process took about 2weeks in total.  I was very happy with his services and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone else without hesitation.

Ray was upfront with everything including the negative report that I found on the internet.  Ray's company is no scam at all if anyone thinks that Ray is not real I would think they need to find another place to try and find what he offers and they will come up empty handed.  Ray's company is legit.  I hope to do another loan with his company again

I do appreciate all of Ray's help during the process from start to finish.

Hi my name is Julius I am a client who requested services from this company.  I requested a loan for a Business.  The amount I requested was for $500,000.  I had several conversations with the owner Ray and he explained everything in great detail.  I was hesitant at first because when you see an ad for 100% financing with no credit check it does seem to good to be true.  I went with it anyways.  It took about three weeks and every step of the way was very smooth.  I had no issues at all with anyone in this company.  From day one to the closing was no problem.  I would recommend this company to my family and friends.  This company is legit and any negatives things that were said I truly disagree with.

Ray Azcui is the owner and he was very professional from beginning to end.
