American Credit Educators ripoff Fradulent billing Consumer fraud Denver Colorado
I found out some time back there is a account delinquent report in my credit file from American Credit Educators (ACE). I contacted them from the phone # that I got from the credit reporting agencies and contacted them over the phone to inform them that I have never been a member of their organization.
They say that I am enrolled in ACE Eduicational Program and purchased ACE educational series. I also told them I never ordered any merchandize or received any thing from them. I also wrote to their so called legal department at the same address in March 2001. I have sent copies of these letters to all three major credit reporting agencies TransUnion, Experian and Equifax also.
On Dec.9, 2002 I again received a bill from ACE asking me to pay $300.95 urgently to avoid further action.
