First of all I am NOT an employee, stockholder or owner of American Credit Experts. I am a current client who was called to join the program bc I was trying to get a free PSP on the net through the numerous ads the promoter of the site had you signed up for.

A rep from ACE named "Heidi" called me and she explained the program in detail. She let me know they have been in business for 11 years and that they offer a refund if they can't get things off your credit report after the first 2 challenges.

The first $60 payment is an initial investment to begin the process (ie: legal documentation, signatures, credit reports etc). Then once everything is in order legally the challenge letters are sent out within the 30 days of you signing up. Every month they will debit $60 from your account.

My very first challenge came back with all three credit bureaus stating that all the info on their reports were correct. Well I was ticked off and called the client services dept at ACE when a rep named "Barry" calm me down and explained to me things I didn't know. He said that credit bureaus DO NOT investigate your challenges on the first try even though they are suppose to bc they think you will go away. It costs them money to investigate your claims and basically they want to discourage you from bothering them.

These CB's bureaus are big corporations who go by their own rules and since the average american doesn't have the legal muscle to take them on then sadly they get away with just about anything. ACE knows what they are doing bc just like their name says, they are "experts". People who work there know the "system" of dealing with CB's due to the fact that some of them use to work for those companies.

Simply put, it isn't until when the next 2 or 3 challenge letters are sent out by ACE that the CB's start taking you seriously. Why? It's bc they realize then that you are not some schmuck wasting their time and that you are being represented by a company. The rep also reminded me that if they can't get anything off your CR after the 2nd challenge then I would be refunded the $120 I had already spent challenging the cb's.

In the 11 years they've been in business they've only had to give back a total of ten refunds bc they knew that they couldn't help the person. Just look at this consumer site or any other and type the name "American Credit Experts" in the search. You will find very few complaints on them. Every company has them, the difference is how many are there and how they handled it. I have no problem with ACE at this point.

They don't ask for an outrageous $500 or $1000 up front like most credit repair companies. ACE works for you every month and you can cancel anytime. They just need TIME and a chance to prove it to you. Just giving the first payment isn't going to accomplish anything.

Think about it Charles, when you let's say are hired by someone to build a house or fix their car, do you tell the person you are working for that you'll be done in five minutes? Of course not! They have to give you TIME to do the job. It's the same thing with your credit. TIME and PATINCE is key. I learned that very quickly.

Look Charles, it is a long process and a commitment. It does not happen overnight and I know for a fact ACE reps reiterate that constantly. He guaranteed me negative information would be coming off and he was right. I checked my updated CR two weeks later and not only did my two judgements from Equifax and Experian come off but my credit score on one of them went up from 522 to 571.

I also have zero delquencies as oppose to five before I started bc they were taken off. I called the rep back to thank him for not letting me cancel and being honest with me.

The program works and if you give it TIME in the end you will get results. By the way I have a bankruptcy as well that will also take a long process to get off. I promise to update you as the weeks and months go by and if for any reason I don't gain anything in the end, I will post it here but so far I am satisfied.

Take care.
