Complaint Review: American Credit Services

I've been getting threatening phone calls from foreign people using this company name. I've reported it to the FTC. Apparently, there are scammers calling themselves American Credit Services and they tell you to call them back because it's time sensitive, they say they are having a court case against you in the morning and you're being charged with bank fraud, stealing, failure to pay debt. I keep hanging up un them as I never did business with them. The number they gave me is 310-362-3127. It comes up on my ID as 12345670. They have a noisy background and sounds like an Indian accent.
