American Credit Services fastcash payday load scam Los Angeles California
I was contacted by phone stating that I was given a payday load from "fastcash" in california. The amount was $300.00. They stated that I now owed $1400.00 and with legal fees the amount came to $7500.00.
It was scary because I had inquiried about loans at that time and they had my bank account information. Funny thing is they never offered a buy out, they just threatened me with a lawsuit.
I inquired of my bank (30.00 research fee) and confirmed that I never received the money. I called them back, to be nice and told them they needed to re-evaluate the situation and they hung up on me! So I called back and they hung up on me again!
Then i saw them posted on ripoffreport.com.

If they have your bank account # close it and reopen it with new #s these SOBs will clean it out . If someone like that called me about that BS I would tell them I know this is a scam and I reported them to local PD and FBI then I would tell them to kiss my a-- and hang up
