american credit services unauthorized processing fees deducted from checking account Rip-off austin texas
Hell, my name is jeff and my wife and are in total disbelief that a scam like this is allowed to contiue. I called a phone number that i saw in the thrifty nickle newspaper. the ad reads that you can receive gauranteed approval of an unsecured credit card.
my wife and i are in the credit repair stage of our lives and thought that this would be a good way to reestablish some good credit. they asked me for my checking account number and routing number so that they could verify that i had an active checking account to be approved. I specifically asked them twice if there were any fees to accomany this phone call. they assured me twice that there was only a 9.95$ fee if I chose to accept the credit card that would be to my house in 7-10 buisness days.
since then my checking account has gone in to the hole for a total of over 300.00$ and everyhting else is going to s****.>
Thanks to US BANK! they are going to erase the NSF fees for me, because they are a great bank. If any one knows how we can stop this from happening again, please email me a ksuntken@neb.rr.com. Please know that I am not a quitter and will not give up until I see this crooked scam and those involved, go down as badly as i have.

American Credit Services in Texas has been in business for more than three years during which time it has helped thousands of hard-working Americans get a second chance to rebuild their credit. We charge $39 for regular processing and $49 for rush processing. We do not and have never taken anyone's money out of their checking accounts. The phone number listed by Jeff 281-486-8170 is not our number. The area code for Austin, TX is (512) not (281). The statement he made about our company is totally untrue. There is another company with our name in Florida. If that is the company he did business with, he needs to make a correction. Otherwise we can't help but suspect his motive. We have e-mailed Jeff and asked him to withdraw his statement and make an apology to our company immediately.
