Complaint Review: AMERICAN CREDIT SOLUTIONS INC.

American Credit Solutions Inc., is a business that doesn't give a dam about any indivuals after makeing the call to Ms Michelle Bermen or Burmen and explained we were not going to be able to have the funds for the offer they company was making, we decieded not to take the offer, Ms Bermen insisted that to give it a try and she would posepone the offer till September 08, 2002.

Well my Husband and I agree, but to our surprise the American Credit Solutions Inc. removed the funds from our bank account which was to pay our electric bill, now we have to pay a deposit to get reconnected which will be an other burden on us and kick us back behind our other responsibilities to our creditors such as payment on our vehicle, drs. bills.

This morning 08/09/02 started to cancelled Drs. appointments because we are not able to pay our co-pay or any other medications I need since I am diagnose with Dibetes, Congestive Heart Failure. We will have to go to some organizations to ask for help in getting my medications.

All of this is taking a toll on us mentaly and fruastrations we are expieriencing for American Credit Solutions Inc. in taking this action into their hands.

We have already notify AOL, please help us and a well learned lesson.
