American Credit Solutions misleading information ripoff Tampa Florida
I received a card in the mail that stated "Your Platinum Card has not been activated. Our records show this card to have a line of credit of $4,000.00. Please call 1-800-564-2598.
I was a little confused about it but called the number. After being on hold for 10 minutes I talked to a representative whose name was Christopher Rodney. I was expected to ask him about this card but the first thing that came out of his mouth was "Your Activation number please" After giving him the number he was talking to me so fast it was hard to keep up. He told me about the policy of a membership fee of $199.95 I agreed thinking that I was going to receive an unsecured Visa Card. He then stated that I will be billed 3 times with the amount of $99.00 to which I agreed.
After I finally noticed him take a pause to breath I asked him if they have an internet site about the service, his reply was "hold on sir let me check" a minute later his reply is no we don't have an internet service about our card.
Thinking about it I agreed to their regulations thinking that this will look good on my credit and what I didn't catch over the phone everything that he has said should be in the letter with the card.
I received the card in the mail and started to read the document, I was still confused so checked up on the internet about the service and noticed alot of complaints about the company.
I haven't activated my card yet and now I won't activate my card. I have to laugh at this company knowing how easy it is to rip people off!!!! I am a Criminal Investigator working with Naval Air Facility Atsugi Japan U.S. Navy. I think I will give this info to my NCIS AGENT and my LEGAL OFFICER maybe I might get my refund back. It should give them a good laugh at what a scam it really is!!!!!!!!!

I went and checked my mail today to find that I was approved for A $5000.00 Platinium Card from Peoples credit first. Also in there I recieved a letter stating that I haven't activated my credit card with a $4000.00 credit limit on it that was from American credit solutions. So after looking at them I decided that before I did anything I was going to look them up on the internet. To my surpise I found they ripped off Tampa Florida. Well in my case logic came before credit. To let everyone know American Credit Solution new number is:1-800-564-2517. There still asking for money and conformation numbers, but the rest is still the same.
