Complaint Review: AMERICAN CREDIT SOLUTIONS

American Credit Solutions con-artists did not honor my request for a refund; very rude company from hell took us for all we had .....

I recently ordered the credit solutions package for $199.95. After I ordered the package I decided to cancel because I re-thought the fact that I couldn't really afford it. When I had ordered it the Sales Rep. gave me a phone number that was an automated number.

When I called the automated number it must have been down because the next couple of days I called it would cut me off or just go around in circles. I called the sales number that was located on the yellow postcard they sent me. I told the rep. that I couldn't get through the automated system and they told me that it was because I wasn't calling at the right time.

I waited another day and tried calling again at 6:00am my time and 9:00am their time..(eastern/pacific) and again I was just wasting my time. There was no way to cancel the transaction. Finally when the money was taken from my account I called the bank and started telling them the problem. The banker told me that there was another number on the bank statement (800-470-0907)

When I called that number they told me that since the transaction had already taken place that I was not able to get my money back and if I was still concerned to call back in a week when they recieved bank statements. I waited another week and told them the same thing that I didn't want the package. They told me that the only way I could get my money back was if they had mislead me by giving me false information.

I told them that the automated number did not work so I called the automated number on 3-way calling so that they could hear... the automated number said "this is american credit solutions..." then there was a long pause and at the end it said "im sorry, we are temporarily un available." The customer service person "SOL" told me that it still wasn't grounds for giving me a refund... only if the company had made a false statement... It wasn't my fault the automated number didn't work. .... gggrrrrr... i am soooooo mad...

If you haven't ordered it yet.... DON'T!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
